Duquesa Village is located in Manilva, in the area of Duquesa, adjacent to Duquesa Golf Course.
It is only a 4 minute drive and a 25 minute walk from the beautiful, unspoilt Manilva Beaches and Duquesa Marina with its many bars and restaurants.
There is also a good selection of bars and restaurants located at Monte Duquesa which is just a 15 minute walk away.
There is a small supermarket located in Duquesa port or there is Mercadona and Eroski both within a 5 minute drive away.
Sabinillas town centre is 7 minutes by car or a pleasant 40 minute walk. (You can walk along the promenade once you get to the port). Here you will find banks, chemists, clothes shops, hardware shops, etc.
Duquesa Golf course is literally on your doorstep and there are many others within easy driving distance.
Specifics of urbanisation
Duquesa Village is an enclosed residential complex of low rise Andalusian Style, one, two and three bedroom apartments built between 2005 and 2007.
It is made up of 702 apartments, over 23 blocks. Each block has no more than 5 stairwells and there are no more than 3 apartments per floor – in fact, in the majority of the blocks, there are only 2 apartments per floor. There are ground floor, first floor and second floor apartments and third floor penthouses.
There is just one entry and exit point located between blocks 16 and 22. The plot slopes down with the high point being at the entrance, (blocks 16 and 22) and the low points being blocks 2,3 and 4. Blocks 1, 13, 14 and 15 are front line golf. Please see below the plan of the Urbanisation.

The views and orientation depend on the block but most of the apartments will have at least a sea, golf or pool view.
Duquesa Village is set in a lush green zone with over 90,000 m2 of very well-maintained, mature communal gardens, designed in a typically Andalusian rustic style and including a pond and fountain.
There are 5 pools and a children’s pool with plenty of room around each pool for sunbathing. There is also a paddle tennis court.
Even though Duquesa Village is a large development, due to the expanse of green areas, it still feels very open and you do not feel that the apartments are on top of each other.
Each stairwell has a lift, with lift access to the underground parking and storerooms as well.
There is 24 hour security on Duquesa village. There is a barrier to enter the development and a security hut. The guard opens the barrier only when you have justified your reason for entering – owners are issued with remote controls that open the barrier for ease of entry.

What’s special about Duquesa village
The communal gardens are possibly some of the best maintained in the area. Whenever we visit the development, we can always see several gardeners working away in the gardens.
The apartments offer fantastic rental potential, Duquesa Village is a holidaymaker’s paradise and there is always a huge demand for rental apartments here in the summer months.
