2025 has been an incredible year at Hamilton Homes. It has been filled with exciting milestones, meaningful conversations, and continued growth as trusted Spanish property specialists.
From television filming to meeting clients face-to-face at one of the UK’s biggest property events, this year reminded us why we do what we do: helping people to take the next step towards buying property in Spain.
Sun, Sea and Selling Houses & A Place in the Sun Live
One of the highlights of 2025 was filming Sun, Sea and Selling Houses, Series 9, an experience that allowed us to share not only beautiful homes but real insight into what life in southern Spain is truly like, and most especially the Western Costa del Sol.
We also attended A Place in the Sun Live Property Fair at London Excel which was a standout moment for our entire team. Finally meeting so many of you in person, having honest conversations, and discussing your plans to move to Spain was incredibly rewarding. These face-to-face moments reaffirmed the importance of clear advice, local knowledge, and a tailored approach when buying abroad.

There’s something special about sitting down together, answering real questions, and understanding what truly matters to you. Whether you were just starting to explore the idea of buying a home in Spain or already narrowing down areas, those conversations were the heart of the event. It also showed us where more information was needed. We are working on some key projects this year to try and make the process even clearer and easier than before.
