Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro
Pueblo Nuevo is a little town with internal roads leading it to Sotogrande. It is more like a Spanish village in many ways. It has a square with different shops and supermarkets, health stores, restaurants, banks, boutiques, a gym, a chemist and many more amenities. There is even an ‘Overseas’ (Iceland) supermarket if you are craving British foods and snacks!! Over the last 20 years we have seen this town really develop and grow. There are some lovely villas here. The nice thing about this area is that you can enjoy all the benefits of Sotogrande but also be able to walk to many amenities.
Literally, you can be in the privacy of your home and then leave, walk to the shops, buy a paper and have a coffee in the town.

A small seaside town right next to Sotogrande Marina. Torreguadiaro has built up a reputation for being the hub for trendy tapas type bars and restaurants and there is a real buzz there in the Summer evenings.
