San Luis de Sabinillas

San Luis de Sabinillas is a small seaside town with a Spanish feel to it. It has beautiful beaches and a wonderful promenade, with lots of restaurants and cafés. Amenities in Sabinillas include a church, little boutiques, post office, medical centre, and sports centre. If you want to be close to amenities and beach, then check out urbanisations such as La Noria, Residencial Duquesa and Maria Teresa. Walk along the promenade from Sabinillas, towards Cádiz and be at La Duquesa in 10 minutes.

La Duquesa

La Duquesa can be split into two parts, Puerto de La Duquesa and La Duquesa Golf. Whilst linked to Sabinillas by the promenade, La Duquesa offers more of an international and modern feel. Duquesa marina offers all kinds of restaurants and international cuisine. One can sit in the Marina and admire the boats. Properties in La Duquesa Marina tend to be priced slightly higher than those in Sabinillas. Duquesa Golf is linked to the Marina via internal roads.

The surrounding hills are made up of gated urbanisations of either apartments, terraced houses or villas. These all have facilities such as communal pools. So whether you are looking for a two-bed apartment with golf views or a villa with private pool, Duquesa has a lot to offer.

El Castillo

El Castillo lies next to Duquesa, yet the contrast between them is huge. Renowned for its fresh fish, this small fishing village is home to traditional fishermen style cottages and some lovely beach coves. If you want to be within walking distance of the village and the beach, check urbanisations like La Borboleta, Manilva Beach and Los Granados. Past Castillo, there are lovely coastal areas. Along the coast and on the mountainside lie little urbanisations of apartments, houses, and villas. La Paloma

La Paloma, finally you get to Punta Paloma, home to a beautiful cove – people come from all over to visit this beach. Across the road, are a number of luxury apartments and individual villas.
