Welcome to our property blog!  We are a Real Estate Agent located on the Costa del Sol in San Luis de Sabinillas. We have been selling property here for over 20 years and feel that purchasing a property in Spain is not just about the home itself but about the culture and lifestyle. Who could have foreseen that by Mid March 2020, most of the world would be in complete Lockdown due to a virus pandemic – Covid 19.

We got through the banking crisis and Brexit and we will get through this. Lockdown is slowly being lifted and we are all adapting to the “new normal” 

At Hamilton Homes, we want to make sure that both our buyers and sellers feel safe when viewing with us so we have put together a viewing protocol 

Before physical viewings take place, we are encouraging our buyers to view the properties online first and make a pre-selection. Many of our properties have video tours and we are happy to answer any questions you may have before the viewing appointment. We also have detailed reviews of some of the popular urbanisations in the area   which we can send you.  Please feel free to call us. 

If you want to get a real feel for a property but are unable to attend the viewing in person, we can take you on a tour via zoom or WhatsApp. 

We are a family run company and believe that personal service is the only service. During these testing time, we will do our very best to adapt to your needs.
