Anyone who lives or has stayed in Sabinillas in the summer will tell you that parking can be a bit of a problem. Well, with this stunning 3 bed apartment in La Noria IV, you don’t need to worry about it as everything is on your doorstep.
Stroll through the pretty communal gardens to the ” back gate” and you are on the promenade. Take a walk in either direction and you will find countless drinking and dining options, or, of course, spend the day with the family on the gorgeous blue flag beach. A 10-minute stroll will get you to the centre of town, where you will find various supermarkets, banks, chemist and post office. There is no need to take the car at all. Of course, if you do want to venture further afield, then there is no need to worry about parking on your return as the apartment comes with an underground parking space (and a storage room!)
Let me tell you a bit about the apartment itself. It’s really spacious with just over 100m2 built area and it’s west facing so it gets the sun on the terrace for most of the day…and it has a sea view.
There’s plenty of cupboard space on the kitchen and a separate covered utility area for extra storage. All three bedrooms are double bedrooms and all have fitted wardrobes.
