Stuck for something to do with the kids over Christmas or just want them out of the house while you get sorted??? Well, the Manilva Sports department have organised, yet again, a Christmas basketball camp. The camp will run from 9am until 2pm on the 23rd, 24th, 26th and 27th December. These dates may seem strange to us English but remember, Spanish Christmas isn’t until 6th January and many children don’t get their gifts until then, and boxing day doesn’t exist in Spain!
The camp is open to both boys and girls from ages 4 to 17. It will be held at the sports pavilion in Manilva and the price is just €20 per child – that’s just €5 per day.
