There is no need to make an appointment to see a GP at Clinica Rio in Estepona. You can turn up anytime between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. I went yesterday, I got there around 6pm and after completing a registration form, went in to see the doctor straight away. I saw a lady doctor who spoke perfect English. I was very impressed with the service I received and would not hesitate in recommending this clinic. They accept many private health insurance companies including Caser, Sanitas and DKV.
