Wow! This apartment made a huge impact on me. I was concerned at first when I was sent to view it and take photos. Its a property on a beach-side development but described as having no sea views. So I went reluctantly, a little disappointed.
However, to my amazement, I can seriously say it is one of my favourite penthouses that we have for sale. Whilst there are no sea views, its West orientation allows you a birds-eye view over Duquesa Golf. The apartment is light and airy, and whilst only two bedrooms has a built internal area of 106m2. In addition to this there is a huge terrace (nearly 60m2) allowing one to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle and listen to the waves from the beach. And the developers have not been stingy – they have thrown in two garage spaces in the underground parking and a storage room.
The luxurious aspect of this apartment really is enticing -not a stone has been left un-turned from all singing and dancing shower to Jacuzzi bath, making it a tad more exciting than the average beach apartment.
The location cannot be beaten. You can walk to restaurants and the beach etc. The beach is stunning with fabulous sunrises. Definitely recommend a viewing if you are looking for something on the beachfront. The price has been dropped significantly to 296,691 euros from its original price of 605,330.
