I recently popped into the Bookshop in Sabinillas to buy hubby a birthday card and was amazed at what they had done with the place…
The Bookshop is now almost double it’s original size and now sells a whole range of products. Apart from books (obviously!!), you can now pick up UK and Spanish newspapers, including Sunday editions, UK magazines, Cards, gift wrap, balloons, gifts and stationary. Reminded me of WHSmiths in the UK to be honest..
As well as they above, they also offer a postal service, mobile top up service and can organise day trips out.
The new shop has a really relaxing feel to it, no doubt helped by the large sofas at the back of the shop where you can browse through the papers.
The bookshop is now also open on Sunday mornings..Full opening hours are as follows
Monday to Friday 10.00 – 2.30 then 4.30 – 8.00
Saturday 10.00 – 2.00
Sunday 10.00 – 1.00
