Arenal Wellness recently opened in Sabinillas and is proving to be very popular. The centre includes a fully equipped gym, fitness room, spinning room, 2 multi purpose rooms for classes as well as a a beauty salon, bar/ coffee shop and sports shop. Fully trained instructors are on hand to help with the equipment and to design an exercise plan to fit to you and your lifestyle.
The centre is open from 8am until 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 2pm on Saturdays. There is a range of classes on offer including zumba, spinning, pilates and cardio -boxing. Membership packages are also available from family packages to off peak mornings packages.
