A first today for Hamilton homes….. we took a dog on a viewing!!
Over the years we’ve had clients bring children, babies, parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours but never the dog!! To be fair, he was a sweet little thing – a Highland Terrier called Charlie – and he was perfectly behaved. He was quite happy getting in and out of the car and seemed to like the same properties that his owner liked. He was quite taken with one particular view and he even made a friend on one urbanisation!
Well, they say it has to be a family decision and if the dog is part of the family, then his opinion counts too!!!
