The well known Sabinillas Sunday market or “Rastro” as it is known in Spanish is taking a break…. There will not be a market in the fairground for the next 3 weeks due to other events being held there.
The market from Sunday 4th August has been cancelled to allow for preparations for annual Manilva Fair which starts on Wednesday 7th. Sunday 11th’s market is cancelled as it is the final day of the fair and Sunday 18th is cancelled as there is a large party organised by Manilva Events festival being held in the fairground.
Everything returns to normal with the market returning on Sunday 25th August. If you’ve never visited before you reallly should… There is a huge range of stalls selling all sorts of stuff from clothes to fruit and veg as well as a large “boot fair” section where people sell their wares.
