Venta La Respita can be found on the main Sabinillas to Manilva road and has been open almost a year now. Throughout the years I’ve lived in Manilva, this site has always been a venta and different owners have come and gone but I have to say that I hope Venta La Respita stays the course..
There is plenty of parking and it it always busy (a very good sign) especially at weekends. Quite often they have a bouncy castle outside to keep the kids entertained and I’ve even seen a donkey in the grounds!
I’ve not eaten there myself, but the reviews are brilliant. Big portions and reasonable prices.
Why not give it a try next weekend and be treated to some live entertainment at the same time. The New Jersey Boys will be performing there on Saturday 17th May from 8 pm with their fabulous Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons tribute show.
Tickets are €25 each which includes a drink on arrival, a selection of four tapas, and one drink from the bar. As well as this they are throwing in a courtesy return taxi to Sabinillas or Duquesa. What more could you want!!
