The foreign residents association for Manilva are putting on a cookery course where you can learn how to cook the typical dishes from Manilva. Sounds like fun. I can make what I think is a pretty good tortilla although my daughter says her boyfriend’s mum’s ones are much nicer so would love some “insider” knowledge.
