Well, it seems too good to be true but in all earnestness I cannot fault the location. It overlooks the green Sotogrande Polo Fields of Santa Maria Polo and is walking distance to key supermarkets such as Supercor and Mercadona. The Sotogrande Port is close by and the Town of Pueblo Nuevo just two minutes away with its amenities, restaurants, fishmongers, English Butcher and lovely coffee shops. For those with kids, you can chose to go private with a lovely nursery, Little Brains in Pueblo Nuevo and Sotogrande international School or public with the main school located just over the road in Guadiaro.

Is the price right?
When first told about this promotion, I was wary – usually this luxury comes at a price. In actual fact, these properties start around the 450,000 Euro mark, which given the specifications and the square metres, represents very high value for money. when compared against other luxury properties, this one definitely stands out in terms of price-value relationship.
Having a special needs daughter, we have looked for one level properties for a long time, we have looked at properties with potential for lifts, properties where a wheelchair would be able to move, and finally, this is one that fits that specification. There are not many opportunities like this one in this area.
