Manilva Beach is a beachside urbanisation of townhouses close to Duquesa and El Castillo. The houses are organised into four different clusters or ‘manzanas’ as we say in Spanish! There are also 4 communal pools, tennis court and padel tennis court. Yes, I know, it does sound like paradise! The beauty of Manilva Beach is that there are gates from the front of the urbanisation leading straight out onto the beach. This beach is probably one of the quietest and most unspoilt beaches in the area. (Scroll down to watch a video of Manilva Beach).
This week we are promoting one particular house on the development. It is especially ‘special’ because it is right on the front-line. From this house, you can hear the sea from the front garden. Also this house is our special pick of the week as it is located in a private position, making it even more enticing. It is priced to sell fast at 278,000 euros. The house is a four bedroom house converted to three bedrooms. It has two balconies and a terrace and garden.
This urbanisation is ideal for young families as its closed community and cobbled pathways lead to kids being able to play safely and cycle round without having to hit the main road. Incidently, the cobbles are also very useful for pushing babies around in prams and getting them to fall asleep!
There is a lovely promenade along the front as you can see from the above picture. El Castillo and Duquesa are a 15 minute walk across the promenade and beach. There is a beach restaurant or Chiringuito nearby called Romeo’s with the most breath-taking views across the beach. And if you fancy a formal restaurant, San Rafael is just next door – fantastic if you want to have a drink or two as you do not need a car to get there.
There is also a bus-stop at the entrance to the urnbanisation with frequent buses to and from Sabinillas and Manilva.
