Living in or visiting the Sabinillas area and looking for something to do on a Friday morning? From 9:30am until around 2pm, there is a flurry of market stalls along the promenade near La Noria III and La Noria IV. Walking along amongst the hustle and bustle of tourists and locals alike, you will find a wide range of merchants selling their goods. You can find almost anything at this market from clothes to shoes to jewellery to fresh fruit and vegetables to flowers and other little knickknacks.
As you stroll along you can hear the sellers bartering with customers, trying to agree on the right price. As you pass through the market you will hear a mixture of English and Spanish being spoken by both the customers and vendors, but the occasional seller will speak other languages to interact and engage with their customers.
The range of products available at the stores is incredible, there is something for everyone! When you’re done with your shopping, you can take a walk along the beach or sit in one of the nearby Chiringuitos for a coffee or lunch. Right on the doorstep of the La Noria complexes, it is the perfect place to wander around on a Friday morning.
