Have you heard the saying ” The older ones are the best”? Well, this can also apply to an urbanisation in Sabinillas. Punta Almina was built in the 80’s, and is probably one of the first “urbanisations” built in Sabinillas, when it was just a small fishing village. In those days, there was space to build and the size of these apartments reflects this. The apartments themselves are all a good size with either, 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, and still plenty of room for other furniture. There is actually over 200 apartments, but, due to the layout, with beautiful landscaped gardens between each block, the urbanisation feels relatively small and private. There are only 16 apartments per block which adds to the “small” feel. Many of the owners of these apartments have taken advantage of the size and have modernised the apartments to a very high standard with new kitchens, bathrooms etc. Punta Almina is only 50m from the beach (When I first came to Sabinillas 18 years ago, it was on the beach!!! ) and is perfectly situated for all amenities.
