This is a quaint, very “Spanish” urbanisation which, from a distance, almost looks like a tiny village on the hillside. It is aptly named (monte – mountain, viñas – vines) as it nestles in the hillside of Manilva’s vineyards. The urbanisation is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses, some of which have a private garden. All properties have a fireplace and roof terrace offering stunning sea and mountain views. The mature community gardens of Monte Viñas are very well cared for and the Monte Viñas community pool is heated allowing you to enjoy it all year round as it does get cold here in the winter (honestly!). The urbanisation really does give a feeling of seclusion yet it is only a few minutes into Manilva town.
