La Amadraba is a sought after urbanisation of apartments right on the lower part of Duquesa Golf. The urbanisation is especially popular because it is a two minte walk from the port of Duquesa and its many bars and restaurants. Apart from that, it is well-established with a fabulous communal zone and great communal pool.
One of the things that also make Almadraba different from amny of the apartments around this area is that the apartments are quite spacious and the lounge is a good size with an open fire place. Each apartment has heating and air-conditioning and there is underground parking – very useful when next to the port.
Whilst so close to the Marina with its restaurants, its proximity and golf views also allow those staying there to enjoy the tranquility of Spain and lush green area. It is ever so practical – you can walk to banks, restaurants, post office, supermarkets etc. I would definitely recommended it to people looking for somewhere where they rarely need to use a car.
