Now in it’s fifth year, the Sabinillas Horse Fair which is organised by Manilva’s Tourism Department, will be held this Saturday on 4th July. The fair is a display of traditional Andalucian horsemanship and spectators are more than welcome.
The event begins at 7.30pm (approx…) with a parade of horses through the streets of Sabinillas. These horses and their riders are normally dressed in traditional costumes and make a great spectacle trotting along the streets. The riders then proceed to La Noria beach where there will be demonstrations of the riders’ equestrian skills which will include speed racing and lancing on the beach
