The secret to success is all down to sheer hard work.
Take a look at this photo taken this morning of Diego from the El Estribo Argentinian restaurant on the Sabinillas promenade.
He was up early this morning cleaning and scrubbing and doing a general spring cleaning for the new Spring season.
If you’ve not ventured down to the well know Argentinian Restaurant known as El Estribo – you surely must. It is located on the west end of the Sabinillas Paseo Maritimo and it is really well worth a visit. The prices are not cheap but you pay for what you get. The sirloin steak ( Solomillo de Ternera) is consistently good – in fact everytime I go I say “this is the best steak I have ever tasted”. The Gambas al Pil Pil are also the best I’ve ever tasted…
If you are not a meat eater – don’t be put off. They also do a great vegetarian crepe and a delicious Cream of Spinach & cheese.
El Estribo is closed on Tuesdays but open Wednesday through til Monday for lunch and dinner. In the busy summer season it is strongly recommended to reserve a table.
The official address for the Sabinillas El Estribo restaurant is:
