After last year’s hugely successful Sabinillas street party, we´re all set to do it all other again for 2014…
This years party will be held this Sunday, 15th June at Plaza de las Naranjas (Punta Almina )with all proceeds again, going to the Duquesa Charitable Society of St George.
Pretty much the same format as last year… several stall selling all sorts of wares – books, jewllery, home made produce ect and an afternoon packed full of entertainment and live music. The market opens at 12.00 and the music starts at 2pm.
For the kids (and maybe the adults too…after a few drinks!) there’s bouncy castle, face painting, fancy dress competition and mechanical rodeo bull.
Several local musicians will be performing including Peter Charles, Daniella, Sam Oliver, Gary Fearon, Mick Shenton, Mark Edmundson, Las Palmeras Band, Clive Live, Mitch, and the Sabbi Rock Band.
With temperatures set to hit 30+ on Sunday, I reckon it will be another huge success.
