As a prequel to the main event The Gibraltar music Festival in September, there is going to be another fantastic day of Music with the first ‘Gib Love Fest’ which is going to be held at the Bayside Sports Complex on Saturday 15th June. The event starts at 3.30pm and is expected to go on until after midnight.
The line is set to appeal to all ages – more acts will be announced in the next few weeks but for the moment we can reveal that Aswad (UK Reggae band) and former X-Factor runner up, Rebecca Ferguson will be performing. There will also definitely be some local bands and artists – one of which will open the Festival, as well as some international acts.
As well as the music, there will be stalls selling a variety of items and children’s attractions and entertainment
Tickets went on sale as Monday 24th March priced at £45 forr general entry or £150 for VIP pass. Children’s tickets (under the age of 12) will be sold at £15 but there is only 300 available.

The Festival will also invite members of the community to set up stalls and sell their products, and there will also be attractions for children.
The Festival Directors have already started working closely with a local production team who will be assisted by an international company who will offer their expertise to make this first edition a huge success and an event for everyone to enjoy and remember.
