It’s all about the girls this week in Manilva… To coincide with the International Day of the Woman on Saturday 8th March, Manilva’s Welfare and womans delegation has organised a week full of events. Have a look below for the full programme:-
Tuesday 4th March
10.30am – Charity walk in aid of breast cancer research. Starting from plaza de Cali (The statue) in Sabinillas and finishing in Castillo de la Duquesa. For anyone who can’t manage the walk back, a bus will be provided. Everyone welcome.
Wednesday 5th March – Villa Matilde
17.00 – Flamenco class with Ana Guerrero, a teacher at the Municipal School of Dance.
18.00 – Zumba workshop
19.00 – Refreshments for all who took part
Thursday 6th March – Villa Matilde
17.00 Yoga with Cristina Funes
18.00 “Laughter” Therapy with Magdalena Pineda
19.00 – Refreshments for all who took part
Friday 7th March – Villa Matilde
17.00 – Salsa workshop with Rafael León
18.00 – Zumba workshop with Fernanda Vailant, followed by refreshments
Saturday 8th March
20.00 – Gala Dinner at “La Yedra” in Estepona. Tickets are €16.00 per person and are available from Edif. de Usos Múltiples in Sabinillas, Tel 952 89 38 38 or from the welfare department on Manilva, tel 952 89 70 60.
