When one of our colleagues recommended the new Thai restaurant on the Sabinillas promenade – we thought we’d try out their takeaway service. We ordered for starters nº 3. Poh Pia on the menu, which was the vegetable Thai spring rolls served with sweet chilli sauce. Four small spring rolls come in each portion- absolutely delicious.
For main course you have a choice of chicken (€7.90), beef (€8.90) or prawn (€9.50) served with a variety of curry sauces. We went for beef served with sauce nº 34 Phad Kra Praew, which was a stir fry with chilli, garlic, vegetable and basil. Highly recommendable if you like your food HOT. We also went for a chicken dish served with sauce nº 30 Kaeng Kiew Wan which was green curry with green beans, mixed peppers, courgette, bamboo shoots and basil. Really delicious. As a complement to our main dishes we ordered nº 53 Chicken fried rice with egg, tomato, onion, carrot, pea and cucumber. Cooked to perfection.
This delightful new Thai restaurant opened in December 2010 and although from the outside it does not look too inviting. We highly recommend that you venture inside. The food is scrumptious.
The restaurant is open everyday from 7pm – 11pm. Reservations and take away orders can be made on their mobile +34 673752325. We hope you enjoy our Hamilton Homes restaurant recommendation.
