Every year, throughout the autumn and winter months, the delegation of Environment for Manilva organises a series of hikes and walks in different parts of the beautiful countryside around the Costa del sol. The walks vary in difficulty and length so you can choose one for your level. The department has recently announced details of the first two organised hikes as part of this year’s Autumn programme.
The first route will be Campillos-Las Lagunas (inland from Malaga) and will take place on Sunday 13th October. This route is 11 km in length and has a low difficulty level.
The second route will be in the zone of the Serranía de Ronda around the town of Montecorto. This hike will take place on Sunday 27th October . The route is 10.5km long with a low- medium difficulty level.
Everyone is welcome although children must be over 10 and must be accompanied by an adult. You must also have an appropriate fitness level to be able to complete the hikes.
Buses will be provided were necessary (these two hikes definitely need a bus!) which will leave Manilva at 8am.
