Marymar restaurant on Sabinillas paseo had been awarded ‘Restaurant of the Month” by Maniva’s Councillor for Commerce. The “Best Restaurant” campaign started last month with votes being cast by telephone by Manilva residents, with the aim to recognise the best within our local gastronomic community.
Marymar has been open in Sabinillas since 2008 and sells the best quality local fish and shellfish. It is generally known as the best fish restaurant in Sabinillas. It is always busy, especially on Sundays and during the summer months.
If you’re coming to Sabinillas, originally and still a fishing village, then you have to try to local produce and Marymar is the best place to do so. You can sit outside in the summer and enjoy fabulous views of the Mediterranean or in the cooler months, the interior is cosy and welcoming.
You can order separate dishes or mixed platters which allows you to try a bit of everything.
