The Foreign Residents association have been successfully running weekly language exchange coffee mornings for the past few months… Well, now, there’s a chance for us poor souls that have to work in the mornings, to also participate as they are also now offering a “Coffee Afternoon”. Its the chance to meet up with both Spanish and English neighbours in one of the bars in either Sabinillas or Manilva and enjoy a coffee or a beer!) and inprove your language skills. It is very informal but a great chance to practice your conversational Spanish without getting bogged down by grammar.
The first “Coffee Afternoon” will be held in Frankies Bar in Sabinillas (next to The last Resort) on Monday 8th April at 6pm.
It is hoped, that, like the Coffee mornings, these afternoon sessions will become a regular occurrence.
