When you come to sell a property in the area of Sotogrande and parts of Alcaidesa you will more than likely have to visit your local land registry office which is located in the town of San Roque. In Spanish the Land Registry of San Roque is known as the “Registro de la Propiedad de San Roque”. You will be able to find the San Roque land registry office in the main square next to the Mapfre insurance office.
