La Vizcarronda is situated behind the Duquesa golf course. A 15 minute walk in one direction, brings you into the bustling port of La Duquesa with all its bars, retaurants and nightlife. A 15 minute walk in the other direction, takes you along a country track, past farms and cortijos, across a river (generally dry during the summer months) and into the white washed village of Manilva. The two enviroments couldn’t be more different – that’s what I love aboout this area. One minute you can be in a bustling nightclub, the next, sampling tapas in a typical Spanish village!
La Vizcarronda, has probably some of the best townhouses in the area, built with a bit of luxury in mind. These house have 3 and 4 bedrooms, large kitchens with large utility rooms and the best bit, is the large underground garage with space for 2 cars and an extra space which can be converted into a cinema room.
