Figures released recently show that the Spanish economy is continuing to move out of recession and is growing steadily. During the third quarter of the year, Spain’s economy grew more than any other country in the eurozone.
Early indications suggest that this growth will continue towards the end of the year and we could be looking at a growth rate of more than 3% across 2016.
Large corporate companies are returning to Spain – Amazon is opening a new distribution centre in Barcelona – and large investments funds are buying and improving whole developments. All this only goes to reaffirm that Spain is “back in the game”, confidence is higher and now is the time to buy.
