Work has begun on the second stage of the cycle track in Sabinillas to link the sports area in Maicandil to the Blas Infante square in El Duque. The track will be around 300m long and will cost around 30,000 to do. Work is expected to be completed within a month.
The final aim is to unite this cycle track with the 8km of of promenade on the seafront, allowing cyclists a clear way from the town centre to the coast.
