It’s hard to believe that while we are basking in 19º sunshine here in Manilva in January, in just over 2 hours, you can be on the snowy slopes of the Sierra Nevada – a whole world apart!!
An easy way to make the most of this is to go on one of the many organised trips. One such trip has been organised by Manilva’s youth department to take place between 6th and 9th March.
The price of the trip is €288 per person and includes 3 nights half board, based on 4 people sharimg, in Hotel Vita El ciervo, which is situated just 200m from the ski lift, a four day lift pass and 4 day rental of your ski equipment. Transport and travel insurance is not included.
For a supplement of €38 per person, there is 4 days of ski or snowboarding lessons available but you must have a group of 8 – 10 people. Snowboarding equipment is also available to hire at an additional premium.
