The delegations of Foreign Residents and wellbeing have jointly organised a trip to Malaga to take place on the evening of Friday 7th December. Although Sabinillas doesn’t get Christmassy until way into December, Malaga city is like London at Christmas… Beautiful Christmas lights and decorations, wonderful window displays and a real Christmas atmosphere. This trip gives you 2 options. You can either just take advantage of the transport and enjoy the bus ride to Malaga and back (believe me – parking in Malaga is difficult and expensive at the best of times, let alone at Christmas) then have your own time to shop, have a meal, and soak up the atmosphere or, you can enjoy ”La Zambomba de Jerez” – a traditional Christmas play featuring seasonal music and songs – probably the Spanish equivalent to our pantomime!. The play is on at the Cervantes theatre in the city centre and starts at 9pm
Prices are €8 per person for the bus only and €26 per person for the bus and theatre ticket
Departure from sabinillas at 5pm and return at midnight (approx)
