The three bedroomed, two bathroom house is modern with a brand new kitchen. It is within easy access of three local airports Gibraltar, Malaga or Jerez. One of the main selling points is the proximity to Duquesa port with its bars and international dining opportunities. Likewise, the authentic fishing village of Sabinillas is just slightly further up the road which retains a more traditional feel with quaint little bars and fresh fish restaurants. The local infrastructure is modern but without being overdeveloped.
It is one of the coast’s most convenient locations with employment opportunities in nearby Gibraltar for those who want/need to work and an easy drive from some of Spain’s most impressive cities of Seville, Granada, Malaga and Jerez. In the winter the Sierra Nevada offers snow sports at just two hours away and for water sports Tarifa is just an hour drive away with beaches that rival those of the Caribbean.
