Alcaidesa is a little unknown jewel of green spaces, renowned golf courses and fabulous beaches. Tucked away, just past Sotogrande and only about 15 minutes from Gibraltar, it is the ideal location for golf lovers and beach lovers alike. Alcaidesa has an air of tranquillity about it, yet underneath the surface, there is a buzzing, lively community. It is the perfect place to own a holiday home, as well as the perfect place to live all year round – it’s easy to commute into Gibraltar makes it ideal for “cross-frontier” workers.
There are several urbanisations and developments in Alcaidesa, with one of the better-known ones being “The Meadows”. The Meadows is a development of townhouses. It was constructed in 2005. The houses all have private gardens and carports.
